Welcome to GrekoGourmet! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the GrekoGourmet mobile application (the “App”).

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Account

To use the App, you must sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your name, company name, region, and bio.

3. Use of the App

• Producers may showcase their products.
• Merchants may browse products and contact producers.
• You agree not to misuse the App (e.g., no spamming, illegal content, impersonation).

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the App belongs to GrekoGourmet or its respective owners. You may not copy or resell it.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for business transactions between producers and merchants, nor for damages arising from use of the App.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be effective when published.
